You will ideally be a newly qualified - 2 years PQ solicitor who has considerable exposure to Real Estate/ Commercial Property.

You will also ideally have experience of networking or working within Bedfordshire, London, Hertfordshire or the City dealing with high value corporate entities.

The role will be to manage your own caseload of commercial property matters as well as assisting more Senior Solicitors with their caseloads. The real estate team manages a very large business services client based in central London, this will be the key client to focus on within Real Estate work and is reminiscent of a secondment / in house enviroment. 

The ideal candidate will have experience of and an interest in dealing with landlord and tenant, commercial property acquisitions and disposals, negotiating and drafting commercial leases, commercial mortgages, guarantees, development work, LA Agreements, Licenses and Easements and proeprrty portfolio work.
