RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCER - ST LEONARDS ON SEA, EAST SUSSEX
Salary: UP TO £35,000 PLUS BENEFITS
The company
Our client has been providing legal advice to the local communities for coming up to 100 years, dealing with a wide range of legal matters from simple wills to multi-million pound property deals.
Our client is now pleased to be expanding their practice and is now looking to recruit a full time Residential Conveyancer/ Property Lawyer/Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years’ practical experience to join their Conveyancing Team in their branch office in St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex.
The Role
Due to continual growth, this exciting opportunity has come up and would suit a motivated, enthusiastic individual who have the proven ability to handle a case load of Residential Conveyancing matters from instruction to completion.
Essential Requirements
The candidate doesn’t have to be a solicitor, they can be either a Legal Executive or Conveyancing Executive but must have at least 3 years conveyancing experience.
The successful candidate will have experience of dealing with all different types of residential transactions including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, freehold and leasehold, new build and shared ownership.
The successful candidate must also be familiar with using a case management system and working in accordance to the Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) standards
Key Skills
Excellent working knowledge of conveyancing
Highly motivated, efficient, enthusiastic, proactive and reliable

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
