THE ROLE

The firm now seeks a Senior Data Privacy lawyer to join the firm's rapidly growing Data Privacy team.

The main focus is to advise private, public and third sector clients across the full spectrum of data privacy law.

This will include the opportunity to develop niche expertise, for example in relation to the interaction between data privacy law and fundraising regulation.

This exceptional opportunity working alongside the Head of Data Privacy will allow an ambitious individual to truly thrive with the support of several specialist fee earners and a PSL.

It will also involve a close working relationship with the firm's leading Charity and Social Enterprise law team.

There is also the opportunity to supervise junior fee earners, participate in business development and contribute to knowledge management.

ABOUT YOU

A self-motivated data privacy specialist with the ability to excel at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment you will have:

A minimum of 6PQE gained in data privacy, ideally within a well-regarded law firm or currently working in-house but keen to move to private practice.

You should also have thorough experience of the full range of data protection and e-privacy compliance requirements and be looking to join a firm known for creating positive impact.
