Responsibilities of the Commercial Solicitor include:

• Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and advising on a variety of complex commercial contracts.
• IT and/or outsourcing transactions, including offshoring, ITO and BPO as well as data privacy/security.
• Supporting clients across a wide range of industries in relation to internet/digital, social media and e-commerce issues.
• Partnering and supporting a fast-paced sales or business organisation by managing multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously to help drive deals to a close.

The Successful Commercial Lawyer:

• Excellent PQE & academic record.
• Ideally, In-house legal experience.
• Strong commercial understanding, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent client service skills and can build strong working relationships with stakeholders.
• Adaptability – the commercial lawyer will be working for a range of clients in a range of environments.
• You must be eligible to practice law in the UK.
