Conveyancing Solicitor - Bournemouth
Salary: £35-50Kp.a Depending on Experience

Established in 1948 and based in Winton, Bournemouth, my clients are an experienced team of legal experts, who are committed to providing a professional yet friendly service, in a cost effective way.
The firm currently comprises three partners and four other lawyers together with three paralegals who are committed to achieving a result that meets clients expectations. With a dedicated team specialising in separate areas of law, they are able to provide advice and assistance, ensuring clients receive the highest level of professionalism. They are expanding and are looking to recruit an experienced Property Solicitor to head up their team in this exciting new role.
The Role
The ideal candidate will have 10 years PQE and have significant residential property experience. The current team handle a wide range of conveyancing issues, including buying and selling of freehold and leasehold properties as well as lease extensions, transfers of equity and development work. You must have experience of handling the legal aspects of the residential conveyancing process from start to finish whether its freehold or leasehold properties. You will have some commercial property experience also.
Essential Requirements:
Solid knowledge on all property law and related matters
10 years PQE
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise a demanding caseload
Key Skills:
The ability to deal with all aspects of the Conveyancing process
Experience of using a case management system
Excellent communication skills and the ability to use their initiative.
