A Legal 500 rated UK Law firm, based in Walsall, is seeking an experienced commercial property lawyer to provide legal expertise to commercial property clients and to cover a growing caseload. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team in a position that offers great career progression and development prospects. The commercial property team covers a broad range of high quality work and deals with the full spectrum of commercial property matters.

You will be responsible for:
- Dealing with commercial leases and lease renewals
- Landlord & Tenant work
- Sales, purchases and leases of commercial property
- General property advice
- Supervision of fee earning work undertaken by colleagues

Person Specification:
- 3-6 years PQE
- Extensive knowledge of the law and procedure relating to commercial property work
- Client focussed and commercially aware
- Good communication skills both verbal and written
- Effective networking and marketing skills
