Your new role

You will need to be adept at dealing with work in a broad range of commercial litigation matters and be ready for a major career step. The caseload will include a wide-ranging spectrum of general commercial and corporate disputes and sector specific work including:

• International and cross-border litigation
• Intellectual property
• Shareholder disputes
• Data protection and information confidentiality
• Professional negligence claims
• Injunctions and arbitration
