Head of Compliance & Ethics EMEA
Reporting directly into the Chief Compliance & Ethics Officer, you will be responsible for the further development and implementation of the Compliance and Ethics programs in the EMEA region. The Compliance & Ethics programs include the areas of corruption, anti-competitive behaviour, data protection and export control matters as well as other Code of Conduct related matters. You will be the first point of contact in the EMEA region to provide the business with regulatory expertise in the Compliance & Ethics fields and you will be proactively managing Compliance & Ethics risks. Operating at a very high level of visibility you will conduct monitoring and control activities relevant to the business. Furthermore you will also be responsible for regional Compliance & Ethics trainings and awareness.
You will be an outstanding lawyer with at least eight years of experience gained in internationally operating companies. You will have solid compliance experience which will also include a comprehensive knowledge in Data Protection and Anti-Corruption, including related laws and regulations. You will have the ability to lead major and complex projects of global nature and to drive change. You will be a strong self-starter with very good business acumen and leadership qualities. In addition you will be an excellent communicator and team player.
