Commercial Property Locum

Commercial Property Locum – 3-6 months - East Midlands – up to £50 per hour

Our client, a thriving Legal 500 firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor for a locum assignment to provide assistance during a busy period of approximately 3 to 6 months at their well-established East Midlands office.

The role will entail acting for a varied client base to include high profile clients and will offer excellent exposure to high quality of work. The right candidate will be confident in handling a commercial property caseload independently and will have experience with landlord, tenant, disposal and acquisition transactions.

We are keen to hear from commercially minded Solicitors with strong business acumen, strong negotiating skills and experience managing commercial property workloads.

In return a highly competitive hourly rate of up to £50 per hour is offered alongside the stability of a long term assignment and the opportunity of working for a well-recognised legal practice.
