The Role:

-You will be handling the full remit of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion
* Sales and purchases
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property
* Extensive client contact
* Remortgages
* Leasehold flats
* Newbuilds
* Transfers of Equity

Requirements:

-A residential property solicitor, licensed conveyancer or a legal executive will be considered
-Must be able to work within a team
