My client is a local law firm with a national reach; they have an established place in the market and have a growing reputation. They are a multi-disciplined law practice. Due to expansion within the team they are now looking to recruit for a Fee Earner in their personal Injury team.

The role:

Key Tasks (not an exhaustive list)

• Handling a case load of 200-250 RTA personal injury claims
• Resolving liability
• Requesting medical records
• Arranging medical exams and reviewing incoming reports
• Valuing claims
• Liaising with third party insurers/Solicitors
• Updating clients
• Undertaking fee earning work and providing a profitable contribution to the RTA Department.
• Option to take on CICA claims and credit hire

The Successful Candidate:

As a Personal injury fee earner you will have a minimum of 2 years' experience dealing with Claimant RTA, you will have experience of dealing with Portal Claims from Start to Finish, ideally you will have experience of Stage 3 and some litigation experience would be beneficial. Ideally you will have experience of using case management systems (preferably Proclaim). You will have excellent attention to detail, excellent customer care and excellent communication and literacy skills.
