An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced solicitor to take a step up in their property litigation career with an award-winning, Legal 500 ranked firm based in Hertfordshire.

Your new role

Joining a talented and dynamic commercial property team, the property litigator will oversee a caseload of contentious property matters including:

• 1954 Act renewals.
• Leasehold enfranchisement.
• Landlord and tenant disputes.
• Residential and commercial debt recovery and possession actions.
• Lease interpretation and advising on break clauses.

Additionally, the property litigation solicitor will manage a small team of fee earners and offer general support to the wider property team.

What you’ll bring to the team

The firm are keen to hear from property litigation solicitors who can demonstrate:

• At least 5 years of PQE in a contentious commercial property role.
• Previous management experience.
• Broad knowledge of all aspects of property litigation, arbitration, mediation and disputes resolution.

How you’ll be rewarded

On offer for the property litigation solicitor is an experience-dependent annual salary of £40,000 - £65,000 per annum plus competitive benefits and huge career development prospects.
