A recently established well regarded firm in central Luton are hiring for a senior immigration solicitor/Partner designate to come on board and set up a department. The firm has a strong focus on public law related work family work within Bedfordshire and are now looking to set up a department specialising in immigration.  
 
The firm has a strong reputation locally and receives numerous referrals currently for locally based immigration work with a focus on corporate and personal matters. Ideally the preferred candidate will be a qualified solicitor with 5 + years PQE, with a focus on advocacy and a strong local referral group.
 
This role will suit a senior solicitor  with a caseload of personal and corporate immigration law that includes corporate visas, personal vsa applications, asylum issues, ancestry work etc.

The firm currently receives regular referrals but is looking for specialist to utilise these referrals and bring their own contacts and work to develop a department. There is adequate support by way of legal secretarial and paralegal back up and the ideal candidate will be a strong financial performer with the gusto to take on this new and exciting challenge and develop a profitable coverage on the Bedfordhsire and Northamptonshire circuits.

The role will allow the right candidate a genuine progression focused environment with the right lawyer being fast tracked to partnership in a profitable multi office firm.
