One of the UK’s top ranked law firms with a truly global presence is looking to hire a HR Advisor to support the Business Services population.
The HR Advisor will be the key contact, proactively providing HR services and working closely with Business Services departments as a trusted advisor.
The key responsibilities will include:
- Lead the day to day HR operations for Business Services
- Provide guidance and support for employee relations issues
- Build excellent relationships with employees as a trusted point of contact
- Support managers with probation reviews, redundancies, improvement plans and performance management
- Assist with international secondments
- Promote Learning & Development
- Ad hoc people projects
The candidate will have at least two years’ experience within a HR generalist role in a professional services environment. They must have a sound understanding of current employment legislation with good knowledge of performance management. The candidate will have excellent personal leadership skills with the ability to adapt to suit different audiences. They will be focused and efficient with a positive and optimistic approach to their work.
