Employment Lawyer

Not-for-profit organisation seeks an experienced employment lawyer to support their Legal and HR teams. The role’s main purpose is to advise upon and promote best practice and consistency on employment issues, law, and policy.

The role will last for eight months, though has the potential to be extended.

Applicants should be confident and comfortable giving advice on a wide range employment law issues, as well as revising policies, procedures and guidelines. Applicants should have demonstrable experience managing a complex employment caseload including,  harassment, TUPE and redundancies.

Applicants can be from either an in-house or private practice background but will have a sound knowledge of employment law. It is crucial that candidates have the appropriate soft skills to engage with the business.
