An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a property litigation solicitor to join a well-established firm in Essex.
Your new role
The successful property litigation solicitor will be managing their own caseload of contentious property matters such as lease renewals, dilapidations claims, break notices, breach of covenant disputes, forfeiture and rent arrear claims.
What we’re looking for
- Candidates will ideally have specific experience in the above duties. However, candidates with broader litigation experience and a passion and enthusiasm for property disputes will be considered.
- The firm are keen to hear from property litigation candidates from 2 years of PQE up to a more senior level.
