Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner.
Do you hold ambitions of working for a leading, forward thinking North East firm? A sociable yet prestigious firm, requires an experienced Conveyancer to join their busy property department in Newcastle Upon Tyne. You will join the already 20 strong team as a fee earner, reporting to the Head of Conveyancing.

Working alongside other fee earners you will be required to assist the Head of Conveyancing with all residential conveyancing and remortgage matters including reviewing mortgage offers, ordering searches, uploading data fields, liaising with clients and other interested parties.
You can look forward to joining a busy conveyancing department with a firm that are currently in the process of expanding. As a result there are excellent prospects for career progression and highly competitive salaries are available.
For this residential conveyancing role, you will need to have at least 6 months conveyancing experience. You will be either a qualified solicitor, paralegal or legal executive.
