My client is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their Residential Conveyancing team. This is a new role to join a busy and successful team based in Maidenhead, Berkshire which requires an ambitious individual who will focus primarily on freehold and leasehold sale and purchase transactions but will involve all aspects of residential conveyancing.

The successful candidate will hold a suitable relevant qualification (Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive) or have significant work based experience to demonstrate technical and academic
competence.

It is important that you are a team player who can work to tight deadlines and be used to pressure and hig paced environments where you will handle significant volumes of transactions.

Experience in acting for Company clients, dealing with bridging loans and acting for lenders
in separate representation transactions.

You will posses in excess of 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing and have excellent IT skills and be able to prioritise your workload in order to adhere to deadlines.
