Healthcare Paralegal

A Healthcare Paralegal is required to join a UK leading Healthcare law firm in their Newcastle office Progression and development is absolutely a possibility for a Healthcare Paralegal with at least six months healthcare experience looking to further develop their career within the Healthcare sector.

Role
-In this Healthcare Paralegal role you will support two Partners and an Associate that specialise in Healthcare matters in Newcastle. Being the only paralegal in the team this will be a hands on opportunity to work on quality Healthcare matters.
-You will be exposed to a variety of Healthcare matters and work with a wide variety of organisations and medical professionals such as The NHS, Dentists, GP's and the CQC to name just a few.
-Naturally you will be exposed to mergers and acquisitions within the healthcare sector, assist with negotiations of terms, assist with due diligence and sale agreements amongst more.

Candidate
-It is essential you have Healthcare experience at another private practice. Six months experience within another healthcare department is essential.
-The Newcastle department is very busy and so you must be able to hit the ground running. However you will receive support from our clients other offices when needed.
-You should possess good academics and have strong organisational skills.
