Civil Litigation Solicitor

A leading name in Cheshire and Shropshire is now on the hunt for an experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor as part of a firm wide succession planning exercise. The position will be based at one of my clients South Cheshire offices.

The firm offers a full range of civil litigation services, both claimant and defendant work covering a diverse range of legal areas.

The ideal civil litigation solicitor will have a few years PQE under their belt with a broad range of litigation experience to include boundary disputes, debt disputes, contract disputes, leasehold enfranchisement, contested probate and general commercial disputes.
