Client Details
This is an exciting role within Times Fast Track 100 business that has ambitious global growth
Description
- Drafting, amending basic legal contracts such as confidentiality agreements, client engagement letters, supplier agreements, marketing contracts and master services agreements.
- Supporting with basic secretarial duties, including drafting and tracking board and shareholder minutes and resolutions, providing assistance with changes to registered office, director appointments and completing online forms and filings
- To ensure that all business terms and conditions are kept up to date and communicated to the relevant third-parties
- To advise the business, management and the relevant parties on legal issues arising during advisory and transactional work
- To report on any potential legal risk issues
- Provide technical first line advice and support to managers and employees on any basic operational issues and ensure the advice is in line with legislation and company policy.
- Ensure the business is run in accordance with corporate governance policies and procedures
- Engage with external counsel where appropriate
- To undertake all duties of a clerical and administrative nature as required
- Maintaining, and where instructed, updating precedent documents and templates
- Maintenance of files and filing systems, file and record contracts, agreements etc.
Profile
- Previous Paralegal experience is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong ability to communicate complex issues in concise terms
- Strong collaboration skills, being able to work with all levels of staff including the Executive team
- Excellent time management skills, including ability to work within tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently while maintaining high level of communication with stakeholders
- Superior attention to detail, and taking ownership to get the details right
Job Offer
This is a part-time role - 30 hours p/w over five days; Monday - Friday
