Residential Conveyancer.
A new and exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a well established firm in Pontefract.
This is a great opportunity for a personable conveyancer seeking to join a reputable firm. The role is offered on a full time permanent basis and they are looking for a candidate who is able to provide a high standard of legal advice to residential property clients both face to face, by telephone and email. The candidate should be experienced in dealing with approximately 100-150 files comprising of sales, purchases, transfers of equity and re-mortgage. They should be competent in dealing with both freehold and leasehold titles, registered and unregistered, Help to Buy ISAs and Shared Equity.
The successful Residential Conveyancer should be able to manage their own caseload efficiently following the systems and standards put in place by the practice.
You will have have secretarial support and an upgraded case management system has recently been installed.
The working environment is down to earth and relaxed whilst maintaining a strong reputation and ethos.
The successful Residential Conveyancer for this role will be either a Qualified Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer or Legal Executive however they are prepared to consider a Paralegal provided they have the appropriate experience and technical knowledge.
Salary on offer is competitive depending upon experience. Other benefits include car parking, health care package and pension.
