Senior Private Client Solicitor - Windsor.
Our client is a recognised full service law firm with 5 offices throughout the South East region including Kent & Berkshire and the London West end.
The Windsor practice are seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Private Client Solicitor 5+ years PQE to join the current team of three other qualified fee earners. The department is Partner lead and specialises in Wills and Tax Planning, Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection work, the administration of estates and the administration of trusts.
The ideal candidate will present with solid private client experience and the appropriate qualification(s).
A STEP qualification is attractive although not essential.
You will be picking up an existing caseload of work to include:
- Wills
- Elderly client services
- Inheritance Tax planning
- Probate and administration of estates
The ideal person for this position will be commercially aware, ambitious and driven and adept at marketing & business development.
