Social Housing Property Development lawyer 1+ years’ PQE LONDON

A Social Housing Property Development lawyer of 1 or more years’ PQE is required by this commercial law firm in London. The team undertakes a broad range of residential development and regeneration work for registered providers, including site acquisitions and disposals, funding documentation and infrastructure agreements. This role will develop your technical and client management skills with access to challenging and complex work, working alongside highly respected senior practitioners. As an expanding team, there are real opportunities for career development as you gain expertise and build your wider skill set. If you are a Real Estate/ Commercial Property solicitor, experienced in advising large clients on commercial property development/ investment work, ideally within the Social Housing sector, we would love to hear from you.  You will have been involved in delivering development services project transactions on time and on budget, advising on all aspects of land acquisitions, site assembly and stock rationalisation. You will be a genuine team player and a great communicator, who enjoys helping and working alongside others.
