Property Finance lawyer 2+ years’ PQE LONDON

Private practice law firm in London is looking to recruit a Property Finance lawyer of 2 or more years’ PQE. The team undertakes a broad range of Property Finance work of the highest quality and the successful candidate will become a multi-disciplinary transactional lawyer with an ability to work across the spectrum of their clients’ Real Estate Finance deals. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take the lead and project manage Real Estate Finance transactions and mentor junior associates and paralegals. You will also assist in the structuring of transactions and draft and negotiate credit, security, inter-creditor and corporate documents. Key areas of focus include: • Commercial development funding • Fund financing • Investment property financing • Joint venture funding • Mezzanine funding • Mortgage portfolio sales/acquisitions • Principal financing • Property acquisition funding • Property securitisations • Public Sector Financing • Residential development funding.

The successful candidate will have the ability to draft and negotiate security documents and have experience of drafting credit agreements. You will also have a good working knowledge of the provisions of the LMA standard Real Estate Finance documents.
