The Planning team at this Top 100 practice is ranked amongst the market-leaders for all areas of Planning and Environmental work by industry guides. Led by highly-regarded individuals in the Planning space, the team has advised on some of the highest-profile Planning law matters in London over the past number of years.
Due to a continued period of expansion, the department is now on the lookout for an additional associate at 3-5 PQE. The successful applicant will join a firm that prides itself on providing high-calibre work whilst also offering a degree of work/life balance that eludes the majority of City firms.
Applicants should have gained solid experience across a broad range of Planning work, including s106 agreements, s278 agreements, compulsory purchase advice (compensation advice and settlement agreements), strategic advice on planning applications, planning appeals, promotion agreements, CIL advice, judicial reviews and high court challenges.
