Corporate Lawyer (In-House)

A corporate lawyer is required to join an acquisitive international market leader in Manchester City Centre. This business invests heavily in technology and can offer a fast-paced but collegiate environment for the successful individual. This is an excellent first move in-house for a corporate lawyer, or an opportunity to continue a corporate focused in-house career.

This corporate lawyer opportunity has arisen due to growth.

The role requires you to provide advice to the business on all types of corporate and commercial matters:
- Advising on UK and European acquisitions
- Support on due diligence and negotiation of documents
- Corporate financing
- Drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts
- Ensuring processes adhere to relevant regulation
- Managing external law firms

The level of work would be well suited to a corporate/commercial lawyer with 3-5 years post qualified experience. Applicants should have commercial training and come from mid or top tier practice or a regulated in-house environment. Experience of cross border transactions would be advantageous.
