Senior Counsel - Transactions

This is a fantastic chance to join one of the world's most exciting and innovative consumer companies as a member of the highly respected legal function. The role will work closely with the business in a fast paced dynamic environment and will focus on transactional work and specifically payments. Accordingly, the successful candidate will have good transactional experience (preferably with some portion of that being in commercial transactions) gained within a good quality private practice, as well as, ideally, in-house experience as well. Preferably, candidates should have at least 5 years of post qualified experience although all candidates with demonstrable experience to be able to fulfill the role will be considered. Specific payments regulatory knowledge would be useful but is not a pre-requisite.
