Senior Counsel - Technology

Successful candidates will have good quality IT transactional experience (eg IT licencing, IT services and outsourcing) gained in both private practice and ideally in-house. Experience of software, web services, cloud or telecoms would be of real interest. Preferably candidates will have at least 5 years PQE and although all candidates with demonstrable ability to fulfil the role will be considered.
