Commercial Property/ Agricultural Property lawyer 1 – 4 & 5+ years’ PQE WILTSHIRE

Wiltshire-based law firm which is highly regarded for the work it does within Property law is looking to recruit two lawyers (one of 1 to 4 years’ PQE and the other of 5 or more years’ PQE) to undertake a mix of Commercial Property and Agricultural Property matters. The successful applicants will work closely with the rest of the team and provide support to the Partners on large and often complex transactions dealing with the sale, purchase or letting of substantial rural properties and businesses. Transactions range from £500,000 - £50m and can include options, promotion agreements, surrenders; conditional contracts, joint ventures and similar structures. Often you will manage smaller transactions alone (perhaps receiving appropriate supervision depending on your PQE).

Candidates will have a strong background in general Property law. Ideally you will have at least some experience of Agricultural and Rural property matters, though our client is happy to accept applications from general Commercial Property lawyers who can demonstrate an interest in Agricultural/ Rural Property.
