Head of Residential Property Department sought to lead steadfast CQS team of lawyers in Surrey.

Now experiencing sustained growth, the firm is hiring a Head of Residential Property Department to work in its office located in a picturesque village in Ash Vale, Surrey.
The Role
Undertaking administration and business development initiatives, the Head of Residential Property Department will immerse themselves in the growth of the firm, pushing the firm forward within a demanding marketplace, making pragmatic decisions and confidently managing staff. The successful Head of Residential Property will support lawyers within the Residential Property team, handling some commercial cases on occasion, with a focus on residential property sales and purchases; lease extensions and; shared ownership.
The Candidate
Applications are welcome from Solicitors with at least 10 years PQE+;
Managerial experience is essential;
Applicants should be conversant in all areas of conveyancing with expertise in Residential Property;
Highly technical with outstanding organisational skills;
Outstanding communication and a high level of professionalism and integrity;
The ideal Solicitor will have a keen aptitude for business development and marketing activities;
Confident to lead and develop an existing team with a network of referral sources.
