Legal Counsel (3-6 PQE) Shanghai - 14676/TTL

This Fortune Global 500 healthcare company is seeking a PRC-qualified lawyer with 3-5 PQE to be based in Shanghai to support their operations across China. Your main responsibility is to assist the Head of Legal to provide legal advice and support on commercial agreements, daily operations, corporate secretarial work and corporate transactions. The ideal candidate will have solid legal advisory experience of local laws and regulations at a top-tier law firm or MNCs. Strong knowledge of international legal practices is highly desirable. Good communication and drafting skills are required as well as fluent English and Mandarin Chinese languages. REF: 14676/TTL
