The Role:

Due to their exciting expansion, this firm are looking for a Senior Family Solicitor (5+ PQE) for their Family Law department in Windsor.

The role will involve working in the thriving Family team, taking on a great array of complex, existing Family case load. Along with a great location in Berkshire, this role will offer you an opportunity to maximise your potential and work alongside some of the best Solicitors and Partners in the South East.

This firm deal with complex, interesting work around a variety of Family issues, such as relationship breakdown, weddings and civil partnerships including pre-nuptial agreements, financial settlement on divorce or child contact dispute, family litigation, all with sensitivity and client care that is second to none.

They will provide comprehensive training to everyone who joins the practice and offer an excellent salary and benefits package, along with the opportunity to work as part of a successful team and excellent career progression prospects.

Requirements

• You will be a Family Solicitor with at least five years PQE (there is no upper limit in terms of the amount of experience)
• You will be able to talk to sensitive clients
• You will be used to dealing with your own marketing & business development
• Experience of managing and mentoring less experienced associates
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is key
