A prestigious International Law Firm is looking to hire a new Design & Creative Manager to join the London on a permanent basis, to be responsible for developing and managing all aspects of the firms design and creative output.  This is a leadership role, with accountability for online and offline design output, design process management and the overall commercial success for the design of the firm.  Responsibilities will include managing the design team and freelancers as required and helping develop our people, influencing design led thinking across the business, leading concept development, in relation to design and creative outputs, take a lead role in managing the design and creative elements of projects and be point of contact for clients brand and creative products, develop creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the firm and that advance our brand and proposition strategy, develop and manage productivity and continuously improve the design team's production capabilities, ensuring that design and creative projects are delivered on time and to budget, ensuring commercial success, work with internal teams to generate ideas for pitching and proposals, provide quality control over design outputs and production, working with other team members to deliver projects and activity to deliver against deadlines, communicating with the firms audience, positioning the design and creative capability of the firm, acting as the point of contact for liaising with external suppliers, such as printers and on occasion photographers.  Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years Senior Designer experience including concept development and client contact, within a professional services organisation, experience with software including Photoshop, Illustratrator and InDesign, the ability to lead design projects and excellent written, communication and organisational skills.
