Senior Legal Counsel - Immediate Start!

Leading telco is looking for 2 Senior Legal Counsels to join the commercial legal team on an ongoing contract basis.

You will be working as part of a wider team responsible for:

- drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements including technology, procurement and outsourcing contracts

- providing support on corporate activity including M&A work and JVs

- general legal advice to the business

To be considered for this role you will be 8+ years PQE, preferably trained in a top tier firm with subsequent experience in-house. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of technical ability whilst also being able to work effectively as part of a busy team based environment.
