Interim Legal Counsel, Commercial Technology.
Exciting 'challenger' technology and communications business, based in Berkshire; seeks a City-trained and highly capable commercial/technology and procurement lawyer to operate as a daily-rate contractor for a rolling period of 3 months.
You will enjoy significant autonomy, as well as exposure to high-value, high-profile and complex commercial matters.
To be considered for this superb opportunity; you will be an immediately available commercial/technology solicitor, with at least 6 years' PQE, along with solid private practice training and experience from a top City/or well-respected regional, law firm. Additionally, you will have at least 3 years' experience in-house.
The rates are very competitive, and the client's headquarters are easily accessible and within walking distance to the station.
