Insurance Litigation Solicitor (full or part time) - Taunton
This firm are growing their insurance litigation department and seeking a new solicitor to join the team in Taunton in Somerset.
Ideally you should have at least 0-5 years experience handling insurance litigation work. Newly Qualified solicitors will be considered.
Professional indemnity experience would be ideal. It will be essential to have an interest in and understanding of defendant professional indemnity matters. Those from a defendant and /or insurance background are encouraged to apply.
In this role you will be acting for general insurers and re-insurers, managing general agents, self-insured PLCs, financial institutions and self-insuring government bodies.
The type of cases you will be handling will be broad and include claims against solicitors, financial advisors, surveyors and more. Often these claims can be of a very high value and be extremely complicated and interesting.
In return for your knowledge and hard work you will receive an excellent salary and benefits package to include car parking space and the luxury of not starting work until 09.30am.
You will be encouraged to progress your experience, knowledge and career with support from a straight forward management team.
This Taunton-based role can be offered on either a full time, or part time (4 days/week) basis.
