Residential Conveyancer

My Client is a reputable firm in Blackburn who work across various platforms and are now looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to join their Property department.

This Residential Conveyancer role is for a Senior candidate who has the ability to demonstrate a good working relationship with clients and experience in managing a department, whilst running a caseload of Residential and if applicable Commercial matters.

The Residential Conveyancer will be a qualified solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer candidate with at least 5 year's experience of handling a Residential Caseload with the ability to hit the ground running an existing case load from start to finish.

The salary for this Residential Conveyancer role is negotiable depending on experience.
