A unique opportunity has arisen with a top tier commercial law firm in Derby to join as a senior Corporate Solicitor.
My client, a leading national law firm, has developed a great presence in the East Midlands market over recent years, working with a range of clients from SME’s, private equity investors and entrepreneurs across a range of sectors. The corporate team have extensive expertise in advising business’ on the full spectrum of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder and investment agreements, as well as corporate governance.
Due to continued growth, the firm are now looking to add to the team by hiring a mid-senior level corporate solicitor for their Derby office. The department prides itself on its collegiate and supportive culture and are able to deliver practical solutions to clients which meet their commercial requirements.
The right candidate will be at least 5PQE, with outstanding technical and client handling skills. In return you will join an excellent firm who can offer top quality corporate transactional work.
