Experienced Insolvency and Restructuring Paralegal
An experienced insolvency and restructuring paralegal is sought for the Leeds office of this highly regarded international law firm. This opportunity will involve supporting the national team on both contentious and non-contentious matters. Instructions cover advising on bankruptcy matters, financial and operational restructuring, disposals, asset recovery, strategic investments, and formal insolvency procedures.
We seek a graduate paralegal with solid academics and 12 months or more experience in insolvency and restructuring matters. The ideal individual will be professional and confident, with good communication skills.
