Commercial Litigation PARTNER (Solicitor or Barrister) BRITISH VIRGIN ISLANDS

This is an outstanding opportunity for a very experienced Commercial Litigation Solicitor or Barrister to join this well-regarded offshore commercial law firm in the British Virgin Islands as a Partner. If you are a Solicitor you will currently be a salaried or equity Partner at a good commercial law firm with a strong reputation for the work it does in Commercial Litigation law. Equally, if you are a barrister, you will currently hold tenancy with chambers well-regarded for the work the set undertakes in relation to Commercial Litigation matters. Additionally, you will have a significant number of years’ experience advocating on Commercial Litigation matters (or similar). The role will involve advising clients on the technical aspects of a wide range of disputes, particularly in cross border insolvency, commercial litigation and civil law, you will be instrumental in assisting with the growth of the BVI office’s Dispute Resolution practice, through business development, and progression of the team.
