Residential Conveyancing Assistant

Our renowned client are seeing a Residential Conveyancing Assistant to join the buzzing team in the Manchester open-plan office.

As a Residential Conveyancing Assistant, you will be assisting Fee Earners (Solicitors and Conveyancers) on a variety of conveyancing files - Sales and Purchase, Remortgage, Freehold and Leasehold etc. You will be coming into contact with clients on a daily basis ensuring you are providing a high quality service at all times and making your they are kept up to date with their cases.

For this role, you should bring with you:

- At least 6 months' experience in a Conveyancing Assistant position and good knowledge of the process
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Efficient time management skills
- Willingness to learn and progress
- Ability to commute to the Manchester centre office on a daily basis
