Part Time Civil Litigation Solicitor
My client are a long established, traditional firm with an excellent reputation in the area. They have offices across Wiltshire and Hampshire and are looking to appoint a Civil Litigation Laywer on a part time basis to be based within the Salisbury office.
This a newly created role due to expansion and increase in work and the successful candidate will be given an existing caseload from the start with a view to help developing the department. The Litigation team conduct a wide range of work including boundry disputes, landlord and tenant disputes, contract disputes, debt recovery and Employment law disputes.
The role would suit an experienced Litigation fee earner (this can be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or a Paralegal with demonstrable experince of running their own Litigation caseload with minimual supervision). Support offered throughout.
The firm have a friendly team environment and do a lot within the local community. The firm are flexible with working hours and would suit someone looking for a role to fit in with school or childcare arrangements.
