This top tier practice seek to recruit a Solicitor to join their dispute resolution & professional negligence team. The successful candidate can be housed in either their Nottingham or Leicester office.

Role/ Team:

* Our Dispute Resolution and Professional Negligence team deals with a wide range of disputes. This particularly incorporates complex and high value commercial and contractual litigation, as well as corporate disputes, partnership disputes, transactional claims and injunctive proceedings.
* The team also specialises in professional negligence claims across a broad range of sectors, particularly claims against solicitors, accountants and financial advisors. We pride ourselves on our technical expertise and resources to deliver the best possible solutions for our clients, ranging from large household names and multi-million pound turnover companies to small owner managed businesses.

Requirements:

* NQ - 5 years' PQE
* Previous litigation and professional negligence experience

Salary/Benefits:

* £37,500 - £46,500
* Comprehensive benefits package
