Clinical Negligence Lawyer

My client is a 'Top100 Law firm' that is consistently ranked in the Legal Directories. This firm has a fantastic reputation within the Clinical Negligence market from the excellent feedback they have received from clients.

Due to the continued growth of the department, they are now seeking an additional Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join their team on a Permanent basis. The role involves working alongside the Senior Associate to undertake a broad range of high quality, complex Clinical Negligence claims, as well as support the growth and development of the firm through marketing and business development.


Your day to day duties will include:

Liasing directly with clients, taking instructions and ensuring they have a full understanding of their claim.
Meeting billing targets and objectives
Understand, learn and apply all business processes

The firm is looking to hear from Clinical Negligence Solicitors that are 0-8 years PQE or Legal Executives that have the ability to manage their own files. You must have a positive, can-do attitude, with the ability to communicate effectively.
