Assistant Company Secretary - Financial Services Business

Essex

Role:

Provide a full range of Company Secretarial Services to a portfolio of clients which are mainly UK listed Investment Trusts.

- Ensuring compliance with Companies Acts, UKLA Listing Rules, Articles of Association

- Maintain statutory registers

- Provide full support for General Meetings, Board and Committee meetings

- Work closely with the Chairman, non-executive directors and other advisers to the investment trust

- Support corporate actions such as share buy backs, capital re-organisations and new investment trust launches

Assistant Company Secretary - Financial Services Business

Essex

Essential:

- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills

- Demonstrable experience of managing Board or Committee meetings

- Ability to prioritise work load

- ICSA qualified or part-qualified (ideally)

- Ideally a working background from within a listed business
