Working alongside partners, associates and trainees your role will cover Corporate support as well as Compliance work liaising closely with the Risk team. On a day to day basis you can expect to:
- carrying out review of files to track funds flows.
- prepare inter-partes correspondence files.
- prepare KYC documents and corporate structure charts.
- Corporate Secretarial assistance.
- Preparing and collating compliance documentation requested by third-parties such as banks and other institutions.
- Preparing engagement letters.
- Ad hoc paralegal administrative tasks.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading firm and gain excellent experience. The successful candidate must have 6 months experience working in a city law firm and be proficient in the current Microsoft Office suite of programs.
