This is an exciting opportunity to join a regional law firm with a national client base.
You will be working closely with a Director on their caseload which involves contractual disputes, debt collection, construction disputes, insolvency, professional negligence and property disputes.

Description
Key responsibilities will include:
- Drafting Claim Forms
- Drafting Defences
- Filing documents at Court
- Corresponding with the client throughout the litigation process
- Assisting the Director generally
Profile
The successful candidate will have at least 12 months experience in litigation.
