The Client
An unusual opportunity for a real estate Solicitor c 1-3 pqe to join an expanding city based property development team.
The Role
As a member of a department that acts mainly for residential developers, and major house builders the team works in alongside the firm's planning and real estate practices.
The post holder will be given an opportunity to handle a varied property/development and planning workload to include:-
Development work, insurance, coverage, risk management
Planning matters and the review of planning decisions
Enforcement of planning decisions including breach of condition notices, planning contravention notices and other enforcement action by local planning authorities.
The role is fast moving, involves a significant degree of client contact and requires an appetite for problem solving across a broad range of development issues.
The Candidate
You will be a real estate lawyer with experience of handling residential development work.
Candidates with a background in planning and/or property litigation would be of particular interest
