Head of Residential and Commercial Property, Leeds

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Solicitor or Legal Executive to head up reputable residential and commercial property team in Leeds.

You will be responsible for managing a team of fee earners handling both residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to completion.

You will further be responsible for maintaining and devloping strong working relationships and be required to assist in the business development of the department.

Experience required:

- 5 years' + experience handling both residential and commercial property matters
- A provden record of providing an excellent service to wide range of clients
- Experienced in handling residential property transactions from inception to completion
- Experienced in commercial acquisitions, sales, leases, licences to assign
- Experienced in re-finance of commercial property and commercial leases of offices, shops etc
